It gets really hard sometimes.

It's as if the world is this huge boxing ring and I'm fighting everyone for 15 rounds.

And there's never a winner. Well, not me at least.

There are times I feel like I've taken too many shots to the chin. And sometimes I feel like the world is standing over me taunting me to get back up so he can bully up on me more.

There are times when I feel beat up, dehumanized and humiliated. Sometimes I feel like throwing in the towel.

And then I met you.

And now when the day is over, I come home to you.

And even though I tend to look like a punch-drunk fool that just lost the fight of his life, you still give me that beautiful, warm smile and that loving "welcome home" hug.

You make me feel like a champ.

That's why I believe in you.

That's why I believe in love.
